The doctors recommend full immunisation for both adults and children. In addition, we are able to provide travel vaccinations, influenza and pneumococcal vaccinations for those at risk. Please contact the Practice Nurse for advice.

Minor operations such as skin lesion and cyst removal may be performed in the surgery. Please ask the doctor for advice.
GP surgeries are encouraged to see the 'walking wounded'. If you have a minor injury or ailment (see below) during opening hours, please contact us, we may be able to help.
The risk of developing certain diseases in later life can often be reduced by simple measures. A brief discussion and examination by the Practice Nurse may identify or prevent health problems. An appointment can be arranged by contacting the surgery.

Midwife - If you are pregnant please self refer via https://www.uhmb.nhs.uk/maternity a midwife will contact you within 5 working days to make an appointment.
Medicines Optimisation Pharmacist
Please telephone the surgery after 2pm for the results of all tests. In order to maintain confidentiality, results will only be given to the patients themselves. Access to patient information is in accordance with NHS guidelines. We cannot give information to relatives about your appointments or condition.
Flu season is rapidly approaching; vaccines for patients aged 65+ are due early September and vaccines for patients under 65 are due in October.
Our first flu clinic for patients aged 65 + ONLY is on Saturday 7th September, 9-11am at Park View, Milnthorpe.
This is a pre-bookable clinic; you can book your appointment online, via the mygp app or by speaking to reception.
